Mark Gosselin is the founder, president and sole owner of Property West Residential. With over 30 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Mark has developed a unique and successful approach to acquiring, improving and managing multifamily communities throughout San Diego County.
His proven strategy has positioned him as one of the most successful and prominent leaders in the San Diego multifamily industry, and under his distinct guidance, PWR has developed into one of the most respected real estate investment companies in Southern California. Mark is a graduate of SDSU with a degree in business with an emphasis on real estate and he currently holds a real estate broker’s license in the State of California. As a principal, he is always seeking new acquisition opportunities and is striving to expand the company into other regions of California and up the West Coast.

Sandra is an innovative and driven accounting professional. Her extensive experience includes P&L management, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, accounts receivable/ accounts payable, financial report generation and CPA/audit coordination. Sandra offers knowledge of multi-location accounting and exerts an assertive approach to implementing and executing accounting verification processes. Sandra is well versed in the coordination of efforts with senior management to achieve near and long-term operations and financial management goals. Sandra holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

A Senior Regional Property Manager and Asset Manager leading and directing the vast portfolio communities of Property West, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of the company’s portfolio assets, with a diverse background consisting of over 27 years of experience in marketing, leasing, sales, training, supervising, administration and third-party contracting, Alejandra leads and directs the diverse portfolio with superior proficiency to ensure overall accountability and extraordinary product and excellent service to all valued residents and clients.

Cindy has been a dedicated member of the Property West team for over 15 years bringing extensive experience in property management. Cindy oversees the CEO's assets across San Diego, Idaho, and Hawaii. Cindy's commitment to excellence and strong understanding of the company’s vision helps streamline processes and supports cross-functional collaboration to achieve the CEO’s objectives.
» EDGAR MEDINA | REGIONAL MAINTENANCE/CAPEX SUPERVISOR
Edgar Medina joined Property West Residential in 2013 as a maintenance technician and quickly advanced to Maintenance Lead due to his strong work ethic, perseverance, and ability to exceed productivity expectations. With a focus on capital expenditure projects, inventory control, and expense management, Edgar oversees all phases of maintenance projects, including preventive maintenance, while ensuring the highest level of customer service.

With exceptional organizational skills and over 24 years of experience in the industry, Julio has been instrumental in the continued growth and development provided to all maintenance personnel for Property West Residential. His creative view and structured techniques empower employment advancement and opportunities throughout the portfolio. Effective negotiations, budgeting, and forecasting in conjunction with his regional team have contributed to a rising development for the maintenance department at PWR.

An account supervisor expanding over 30 years of accounting experience with a diverse accounting background covering advertising, truck manufacturing, printing, construction, and property management. Kelly also excels in customer service, physical inventory, auditing, developer contracts and managing job costs. Kelly has a well-rounded skill set and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting.
